You finally finished your years in Barren County's State Prison, only to find out that all of your inmates and guards turned out to be mutant monsters. All of this thanks to ABUSE, a drug that was created thanks to horrible experiments with the prisoners that suddently got out of control.
Now it's your time, will you make it out of the prison? Obviously you'll need to slash, shoot and burn your way through the horrible monsters lurking in the shadows of the prison. And something tells us they won't be happy to see you.
The only advice we can give you is: Hang on to your skin... if you don't want to get dismembered!
